Working in the Sales and Advertising field for almost several years. I am able to handle all the tasks that a customer has with regards to the advertising side of my industry. The Customer Service that I carry out as a Microsoft Office Assistant is more on the planning of the product, managing social media for our products and how they will make your business successful. Also, I have been doing events planning which helps with organising corporate parties.
